Mr. Vikaas M Sachdeva

Mr. Vikaas M Sachdeva, aged 42, holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is a MMS (Marketing). A veteran in the financial services industry, Mr. Sachdeva brings along with him over 18 years of rich experience in marketing and distribution of financial products, including 14 years in funds management. In his previous assignment, he was associated with Bharti AXA Investment Managers Private Limited as Country Head - Business Development responsible for strategy, marketing, sales, distribution, investor servicing and product management. He was also associated with ING Investment Management India Private Limited for almost 3 years and Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company Limited for over 8 years at various levels.

Mr. Peeyoosh Chadda, aged 41, is a PGDM (IIM Ahmedabad) and B.Tech (IIT Kharagpur). He has a work experience of around 16 years. Prior to being deputed to Edelweiss Asset Management Ltd., he was associated with the Asset Management function of Edelweiss Capital Limited. His earlier experience includes assignments held with Barclays Capital in Investment Banking function and State Street Global Advisors, Honk Kong in Asset Management function.

Mr. Kenneth Serrao, aged 33, is a PGDM (IIM Ahmedabad) and B.E. (Mech). He has a work experience of 10 years. Prior to joining Edelweiss Asset Management Ltd., he was associated with Edelweiss Securities Ltd. in Business Development. His prior assignments include assignments with Kotak Mahindra U.K. Ltd. and Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.

Ms. Vijayalaxmi Khatri, aged 34, holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce and is a Company Secretary. She has around 12 years of work experience in the Mutual Fund Industry in the areas of Compliance, Secretarial, Legal and Risk Management. Prior to joining Edelweiss Asset Management Ltd., she was associated with Shinsei Asset Management (India) Private Limited in the Compliance and Corporate Secretarial Function. She was also associated with ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited for around 7 years in various positions and FIL Fund Management Private Limited for little over one year.
